Research Van Gogh and the characteristics of his artworks.
Look for a photograph of someone you admire, a hero and to interpret their portrait in the style of Vincent Van Gogh. Remember to consider how to translate his brushstrokes into pencil mark making, a fully considered background and color theory.
Bring attach in your sketchbook:
- a copy of the original image if possible,
- a Van Gogh reference if possible, along with the title of the artwork.
- your version in colored pencil
